Applicable materials

Stainless steel

● Austenitic stainless steel: 304 (1Cr18Ni9), 316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2), 321 (1Cr18Ni9Ti)

● Martensitic stainless steel: 410 (1Cr13), 420 (2Cr13), 440C (11Cr17)

● Ferritic stainless steel: 430 (1Cr17)

Carbon steel

● Low carbon steel (carbon content ≤ 0.25%): 1010, 1020, 20#

● Medium carbon steel (carbon content 0.25% -0.6%): 35 #, 45 #, 50#

● High carbon steel (carbon content>0.6%): 65 #, 70 # T8A

Copper

● Pure copper: T2 (purple copper) T3

● Brass: H62 (copper zinc alloy) H65、H68

● Bronze: QAl9-4 (aluminum bronze), QSn6.5-0.1 (tin bronze)

Aluminium

● Pure aluminum: 1050, 1060

● Hard aluminum: 2A12 (LY12)

● Forged aluminum: 6061, 6082, 7075

● Anti rust aluminum: 5052, 5083

Cold extrusion

1. Low carbon steel: 1010, 1015, 1020 (most commonly used, suitable for mass production of bolts, nuts, and pipe fittings);

2. Pure copper/soft brass: T2, H62 (precision can reach IT8-IT9 after cold extrusion, used for precision conductive terminals);

3. Pure aluminum/soft aluminum alloy: 1060, 3003 (good cold extrusion formability, suitable for lightweight thin-walled parts);

4. Special alloys: oxygen free copper (C10200), industrial pure titanium (TA1, suitable for high-end medical/aviation cold forging).
